Massage can alleviate backache and leg cramps that are associated with pregnancy.  Massage also facilitates postpartum structural realignment and healing of connective tissue when a C-section has been performed.  Pre-Natal massage is not performed during the first trimester. (Must be at least 14 weeks) 30 minutes.
